Terms of service
These terms apply to the LMR Client Dashboard (the “Dashboard”) at dashboard.marketinglmr.com, run by LMR Digital Marketing (“LMR”, “we”). By signing in, or by connecting a Google account to the Dashboard, you agree to them.
The Dashboard is a private tool for the LMR team and the clients we report to. It is not a public service. Access is by invitation, and we decide who receives it.
What the Dashboard is
The Dashboard brings a client’s marketing results into one place: website traffic, search performance, advertising, leads, content and social media. LMR uses it to report to clients and to plan work on their accounts. It reads data from the services a client has agreed to connect. It does not make changes in those services.
Accounts and access
- Sign-in details are issued by LMR. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your sign-in details private and use them only for LMR work. Tell us straight away at lauren@marketingbylmr.com if you think someone else has used them.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the team or a client engagement ends.
Connecting a Google account
If you connect a Google account, you confirm that you are allowed to grant access to the Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads data that account can see. The Dashboard asks for read access and uses it only to report on that data, as described in the privacy policy. You can withdraw access whenever you like at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Acceptable use
When using the Dashboard you agree that you will:
- use it only for reporting on and managing LMR client work;
- treat everything in it as confidential, and share client information only with that client and the LMR team;
- leave its security measures alone, and stay within the access you were given;
- keep automated tools such as scrapers and bots away from it;
- follow the law, and the terms of any service whose data appears in it.
Confidentiality and ownership
Each client’s data belongs to that client. LMR handles it to provide our services to them. The Dashboard itself, including its design, code and reports, belongs to LMR Digital Marketing. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.
Accuracy of the data
The figures in the Dashboard come from third-party services such as Google, HubSpot and search ranking providers. Those services can be delayed, can revise their numbers, and can measure the same thing in different ways. Some figures are estimates. The Dashboard is a reporting aid. Check important figures at the source before relying on them for a financial or legal decision.
Availability
We work to keep the Dashboard running, but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and connected services may change or withdraw the data they provide.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Dashboard is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, LMR gives no warranties about it, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where a client has a signed services agreement with LMR, that agreement governs the client relationship and takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.
Privacy
How the Dashboard handles information, including Google user data, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Dashboard after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
